Keep Warm & Eat Soup!

As the winter months fast approach, we wanted to put the spotlight on one of our favourite winter dishes; soup! A warming bowl of soup will heat you from the inside out. Making soup from scratch is a super way to get children used to different flavours, textures and seasonal vegetables!


As parents of children ourselves, we understand the importance of boosting veggie intake, at every opportunity possible. Each of our soups contains at least two servings of vegetables! Along with packing a hearty portion of fibre and nutrients. Our Vegetable and Lentil soup is a great source of plant protein. 


A warm bowl of soup can be a great afternoon snack to fill a gap for hungry kiddos! Having some stocked up in your freezer can be a great way to make sure when hunger calls, healthy food choices are being made! 


One of our newest dishes ‘Oodles of Noodles’ is our take on the classic chicken noodle soup. We have added tender strips of chicken breast, carrots and sweetcorn along with lovely noodles, all in an aromatic broth! This is sure to be a crowd-pleaser, especially with a warm crusty bread roll!
